  I'm interested in knowing the answer to this too. I can't seem to find an answer. Do "Guests"/external collaborators need their own licence to edit stuff shared with them?

  Hi Travis, put my vote in for sorting locked rows. We do need to stop people changing the contents, but there's no reason to stop them sorting them. Regards - Roland
